FIRMWARE DEVELOPER (M/F/D)

We are looking for you to join our team at our headquarters in Holzkirchen (near Munich) at the earliest possible date.
Your challenges:
- Development of our new firmware-based microdosing units
- Examining needs based on functional specifications and requirements
- Developing concepts and proposing solutions for electronic and technical tasks and projects
- Development, optimisation and testing of program routines for controlling micro-dosing valves and implementation of new ideas
- Creation and maintenance of development documentation
- Microprocessor and peripheral component selection for electronic projects
- Collaboration with the electronics department to optimise the use of existing hardware
Your personal attributes:
- Completed studies in computer science, engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, alternatively several of years of work experience
- Excellent understanding of control and regulatory technology
- Experienced using electronic measurement devices
- Solid understanding of the version control systems SVN and GIT
- Experienced with real-time operating systems (FreeRTOS) and common microcontroller peripherals (I²C, SPI, CAN, UART, timer, ...)
- Firsthand knowledge with scripting languages, build systems (Make), and unit testing
- Independent, proactive and interdisciplinary teamwork
- Proficiency in both German and English completes your profile
