HEAD OF QUALITY ASSURANCE (M/F/D)

We are looking for you to join our team at our headquarters in Holzkirchen (near Munich) at the earliest possible date.
Your challenges:
- Organisational and technical management of the quality assurance team (8 Person)
- Supervision and monitoring of the relevant quality assurance procedures and registration of arriving items in line with QA Process of DIN ISO 9001
- Defining test criteria and certifications
- Ensuring functional test equipment management system
- Regular communication with our vendors on quality issues
- Cooperation with our development division to consistently improve the caliber of our output
- Contact person for the development department on quality issues regarding new goods
Your personal attributes:
- Completion of technical or economic education or studies
- Several years of professional and managerial experience, with extra certifications in quality assurance and management
- Knowledge of process instructions
- Fundamental understanding of dealing with technical drawings and identifying functionally relevant dimensions and tolerances
- Experience in developing test plans, including choosing appropriate measuring equipment and measuring scopes
- Quick comprehension of technological challenges
- Proactive with sense of accountability
- Enthusiastic and persuasive nature
