ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (M/F/D)

We are growing and expanding in Malaysia and South East Asia. Therefore, we are looking for a highly qualified and dedicated Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) based in our new office in Vervea, 14110 Bandar Cassia, Pulau Pinang.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• First point of contact for all incoming inquiries at our branch office
• Coordination of the tasks arising in the branch office
• Responsibility for the payments and the Online-Banking-Activities (Maker) on the basis of all incoming invoices
• Time and leave management for employees working in the branch office
• Pre-check of the travel-cost-reimbursements
• Facility Management incl. care taking of government licences applications (premises operating licences)
• Support of the Logistics Clerk
• General administrative work

Unser Anforderungsprofil:

• Professional training in the administrative sector and experience in Online-Banking (payment administration)
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese skills
• Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
• Ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and responsible character
• Prior working experience will be an added advantage
