PURCHASING OFFICER (M/F/D)

We are looking for you to join our team at our headquarters in Holzkirchen (near Munich) at the earliest possible date.
Your challenges:
- Operational purchasing of primarily technical components
- Processing order confirmations and quotes
- Keeping track of and reminding people of delivery dates
- Tracking and Monitoring complaints
- Maintenance of master data
- Invoice verification
- Development and assessment of supplier key figures
- Communication with suppliers
Your personal attributes:
- Commercial or technical training and/or experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German for business
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Structured, analytical and independent way of working, as well as an entrepreneurial and solution-orientated mindset
- Collaborative and team player
- Strong negotiating skills and assertiveness
