Micro Dispensing Controller - MDC 3200⁺

The MDC 3200⁺ is a controller for VERMES Microdispensing valves, that has been mainly designed to control highly viscous valves equipped with a Bottom Adjust. These include valves of the MDV 3200A Series and MDV 3200F Series. With this electronic controller it is possible to change the dispensing parameters without any delay. All in all there are ten internal memory sets. The MDC 3200⁺ also enables the saving of complete scenarios. These combinations of up to ten parameter setups can be started with the same trigger signal, thereby significantly faciliating the work with complex dispensing applications. Freely adjustable settings allow to customize the jet properties to the fluid properties.

The MDC 3200⁺ is operated menu based via a keyboard. Via serial or parallel port it can be connected with a superordinated machine for integration in its production process. A nozzle heater which is connected to the system can either be controlled via the MDC 3200+ or through an external heater controller. The control unit MDC 3200⁺ is designed in such a way to fit in a 19“-rack.
